Trudy Leigh Bryant is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She works in various media, depicting two main bodies of work; "mendogs" and "strippers." Ms. Bryant has explored a range of creative pursuits from creative writing to extensive quilting, basketry, collage, photography, drawing and painting. A former professional dog groomer; Trudy-Leigh is active in animal rights and has rescued stray and feral cats. She documents the lives of her rescue cats through photography.
